Info Session
Two (2) hour informational sessions. Learn the basics of what foods are the best for you within your own personal life and medical concerns. How to have a healthier heart, gut, or immune system. Answer all your questions on how to improve your life with Nutrition, Supplements and Medical Knowledge.
Life Session
Six (6) hour life session. I will guide you through health challenges with care, and by the end we will have crafted you out a grocery list, recipes, and supplements to help you feel more secure with your food choices. Time can be split over a two (2) week period.
Changes Session
Most comprehensive package includes twelve (12) hours of personalized service. Where I assist you to change your life, your eating habits, and your shopping habits to create a wholesome lifestyle that endures. Eating healthy, and living life without missing out. Usually covers sessions over a 1 month period.
